It's that time of the year again, check your mail box and be on the lookout for the Annual Army Housing Survey. It's coming soon and your feed back is very important to us.
If you have recently moved in with us and don't receive one, please call us, at 757-962-3511, and one of us will personally deliver it to you. Once completed, seal the envelope, and return it to our office and receive a $10 gift card, our way of saying "Thank you". You will also be entered to win great weekly give-aways. Balfour Beatty Communities uses a Voice Broadcasting System to notify our residents when an emergency situation is upon us.
To make this work we need to have good working phone numbers for you, so we can notify you in advance. Please contact our office and update all working phone numbers. We want you to be safe and to be aware of the situation upon us.
In addition we have downloaded a great Safety and Preparedness Fact Sheet for you, from NOAA. You can find this helpful document under our sub category of Forms and Guides. Please take a minute to review it. Also you and your family can find great information on Emergency Supply Kits at www.ready.gov .

You may be receiving a refund, (for being conservative with you're electric usage), or you may be billed for the amout you went over on your baseline. For information, questions, or to make a payment, please visit www.minolusa.com, or contact them at 1-888-766-1253. Have your statement in front of you; you will need your resident account number. You can also view information on this program which was mandated by Congress on our Live Army Green link, to the right.
